This app is thought to be used to log multiple tensionlevels over the day. Typically such logging is used in the Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). The user scales his/her psychological tension on a scale from 0 to 100, where 0 is like sleeping with no tension and 100 is the absolute maximum. To analyse tension peaks it’s required to know the the circumstances. Therefore the location, situation, date and time are logged. To calm down from a high tension peak so called skills can be used. If a skill has been used its duration of use, as well as the tension after usage is noted.
